We source directly from Bee Ladies and select Orange County beekeepers, featuring rotating seasonal varieties that showcase the unique terroir of local flora. Each honey tells the story of its landscape, from coastal sage to citrus groves.

“Good Things Come to Those Who Brood”
It wasn’t just a matter of if, but when for us at Brood Coffee. Born from late-night conversations and years of crafting perfect pours, our story began long before we opened our doors. With roots in specialty coffee and artisanal mead-making, we found ourselves brooding over every detail that makes a space special. What started as three friends with shared coffee dreams evolved into something far more intriguing: a space where coffee culture and honey craft harmonize in unexpected ways.
London and Harim bring a decade each of specialty coffee expertise from renowned shops like Orobae and Coffee Code. Connor’s background in engineering and artisanal mead production adds a unique perspective on both technical precision and honey craft. We’ve spent three years managing Kona Loa Coffee, refining our approach to quality, training, and community building. Our collective 20+ years of coffee experience drives every decision, from equipment selection to recipe development.
